ROAD NAME CHANGE APPLICATION NO. PA-1200257 OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY (C/O CITY OF STOCKTON) to rename a portion of <br /> Manthey Road to Leo Giron Drive. The project site is located between <br /> ����� French Camp Road to the north and Manthey Road to the south, west of <br /> L/"" I-5, south of Stockton (Supervisorial District 1). <br /> *taw ) Environmental Determination: This project is a Class 1 Categorical <br /> Exemption. <br /> J 2. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. PA-1200192 OF PANELLA <br /> ENTERPRISES (C/O DELTA BUILDINGS) to convert an existing off-site <br /> wine cellar into a small winery in three phases over ten years. Phase <br /> One, building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the <br /> effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 4,400 square foot <br /> production and barrel storage building, the conversion of a 3,400 square <br /> foot portion of an existing agricultural building into an indoor eating area, <br /> and a 1,200 square foot crush pad. Phase Two, building permits to be <br /> issued within five years from the effective date of approval, includes the <br /> construction of a 2,000 square foot production area, a 2,000 square foot <br /> multipurpose winery building, a 2,000 square foot wine tasting room, an <br /> 850 square foot conference room, a 600 square foot commercial kitchen, <br /> an 800 square foot covered dock, and a 4,000 square foot production <br /> building. Phase Three, building permits to be issued within ten years <br /> from the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 4,000 <br /> square foot production building. The project site is located along a private <br /> road, on the north end of De Vries Road, 2,600 feet north of Peltier Road, <br /> northwest of Lodi (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> PC AGENDA - 1 - PC: 2-21-13 <br />
