Phase One, building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the <br /> effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 4,400 square foot production and barrel storage <br /> building, the conversion of a 3,400 square foot portion of an existing agricultural building into an indoor <br /> eating area, and a 1,200 square foot crush pad. Phase Two, building permits to be issued within five years <br /> from the effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 2,000 square foot production area, a <br /> 2,000 square foot multipurpose winery building, a 2,000 square foot wine tasting room, an 851 square foot <br /> conference room, a 600 square foot commercial kitchen, an 800 square foot covered dock, and a 4,400 <br /> square foot production building. Phase Three, building permits to be issued within ten years from the <br /> effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 4,000 square foot production building.
