d. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$2,079.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Service Commercial• in the Lodi area. <br />' The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R- <br /> 90-304 & R-91-1025) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003) <br /> C. Construct a domestic water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for <br /> at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, <br /> Section 5-4100. <br /> d. Repair the cross-connection from the irrigation well to the standpipe to provide a proper <br /> air gap, or install an approved backflow prevention device. <br /> I <br /> e. Remove and dispose of all garbage and other refust that is located in the rectangular <br /> valut next to the irrigation well. <br /> f.
