Percolation Test Report <br /> BARAJAS PROPERTY <br /> 31901 South Determination Drive, Tracy, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has been retained by Ms. Celia Barajas to <br /> perform a Percolation Test for 31901 South Determination Drive, Tracy, California <br /> (hereafter referred to as subject property or property), identified as San Joaquin County <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 255-340-03. The property is further located in <br /> unincorporated San Joaquin County, southeast of the City of Tracy, California. <br /> A previous Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) was prepared to <br /> identify, to the extent feasible, any real or potential surface or subsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses of the subject property that could lead to liability in <br /> the event of ownership, that could have a potential impact on property value, or that <br /> could impact the present or future use of the subject property. <br /> The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report was required by San Joaquin <br /> County to facilitate a Tentative Parcel Map to reapportion the current single, <br /> approximately 41 acre property parcel into two new parcels. The proposed new parcel <br /> comprises a five acre area containing an existing single-family residence and <br /> associated structures and features located on the eastern corner of the property and the <br /> site plan provided as Figure 2. Remaining property acreage will continue to be utilized <br /> agriculturally. <br /> 2.0. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property comprises a single 41.01-acre; rectangular-shaped parcel <br /> containing a single-family residence on the eastern corner of the property, with the <br /> remaining property acreage is seasonally utilized agriculturally for the cultivation of row <br /> crops (tilled land). The property is located along the south-southwest side of <br /> Determination Drive (an unmarked, gravel road), approximately 1,200 feet south- <br /> southeast of the intersection of Durham Ferry Road and Determination Drive. <br /> Determination Drive intersects Durham Ferry Road and continues southwest <br /> approximately 900 feet and makes an approximate 90-degree bend towards the <br /> southeast and the subject property. Further property location descriptions, <br /> characteristics, improvements, and site vicinity characteristics are discussed below. <br /> 2.1.
