The San Joaquin River is located is approximately 1 mile <br /> northeast of the subject property. <br /> Flood Zone The EDR database report shows that the subject property is not <br /> located within a 100 or 500-year Flood Zone. This data, available in <br /> select counties across the country, was obtained by EDR from the <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) which has maps <br /> depicting FEMA-defined 100-year and 500-year flood zones. <br /> Wetlands The EDR database report shows that the subject property is not <br /> located within the National Wetlands Inventory. This data, available in <br /> select counties across the country, was obtained by EDR from the <br /> U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. <br /> 4.0. SOIL PROFILE <br /> On 17 March 2015, an On-site Wastewater Treatment System Permit was issued by the <br /> EHD (Appendix A) for the above referenced property. <br /> On 31 March 2015, a 4-inch hand auger was utilized to advance a percolation test hole <br /> to 42-inches bsg in the subject parcel. <br /> 4.1. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, pools, natural drainage courses, ponds, waterways, etc.) is illustrated <br /> on Figure 2. <br /> 4.2. SOIL PROFILE PIT INCLUDING DEPTH AND DIMENSIONS <br /> The test hole was located in vicinity of the current septic system infiltration lines, which <br /> are currently utilized for the home. The percolation test hole was advanced to a depth of <br /> 42-inches bsg.
