j€ <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> �S <br /> 'F <br /> 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one 9.9-, acre parcel located at <br /> 730 N. Dietrich Road, Linden,CA. The project is in an agricultural community, and the �J <br /> existing parcel is zoned RIR (Rural Residential). <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 99}acre parcel into two ' <br /> parcels; one 6.7} acre parcel and one 3.3} parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is <br /> being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and <br /> '? county records. This SSCR includes minimal chemical analysis. <br /> _ 4 <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). 1 <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> F2.1 Discussion of past, present, and proposed future uses: The primary source of information <br /> '° of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Mr. Johnson. Mr. Johnson was <br /> H interviewed on February 17, 2006. Mr. Johnson has owned the property for approximately <br /> 20 years. This property and all surrounding properties have consistently been used for <br /> agricultural and rural residences. <br /> Future use of the property consists of continuing a rural residential home. No construction is <br /> } y' proposed at this time. <br /> IF <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on January 18, 2006 (see appendix for (3. I) <br /> �{ results). An onsite survey performed on February 17, 2006 by staff of Dillon&Murphy. The <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation <br /> database list did not yield any concerns. A search of the regional water control board leaking <br /> underground storage tank quarterly report for January 2006 did not yield any findings for the r <br /> subject parcel. A search of underground storage tank program facilities yielded no findings in �Z <br /> subject parcel area. A search of records at the office of Emergency Services did not yield any <br /> incidents concerning the subject parcel. This search was requested on February 28, 2006 and <br /> fill completed on March 9, 2006. (See appendix for results). <br /> ;. 3.2 Description of all past on.-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources <br /> 1 <br /> of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination are <br /> low. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks. The site does include an <br /> existing homesite well and septic system.
