(Use Type: <br /> Agricultural Processing-Food Manufacturing) <br /> The project site is located on the southwest corner of Dodds Road, at the intersection of <br /> Mariposa Road and Dodds Road, north west of Escalon. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of AIG (General Agriculture) and is zoned <br /> AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum). <br /> i The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Parkin <br /> Development Title Section 9-1015.10 requires that a minimum of two parking spaces be <br /> provided, one of which must be a van accessible parking space. The two parking <br /> spaces shown on the site plan meet this requirement. <br /> The site plan does not indicate the location, width, or paving material for the driveway <br /> and maneuvering areas. Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e] requires all parking <br /> spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Two-way access must be 25 feet wide. <br /> Access must be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> I <br /> 1 <br />
