w <br /> f Building <br /> The applicant is proposing to use cargo containers for the processing facility. Any <br /> structure used for cheese processing must meet the requirements of an occupancy <br /> classification of Group F Division 1. <br /> The Construction Site Plan shall indicate parking for physically disabled. This space <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. There.must be an <br /> identification sign for the parking space. The slope shall not exceed Y4 inch per foot. The <br /> submitted site plan shows the parking spaces on the northwest side of the milking barn, <br /> these will need to be moved closer to the cheese processing facility. <br /> An accessible restroom is required and shall conform with all disabled access <br /> requirements. <br /> Engineered plans and a soils report are also required by the Building Department for <br /> new structures. <br /> I Milk and Dairy Food Control <br /> 1 <br /> The applicant shall inform Milk and Dairy Food Control, a State agency., to complete their <br /> inspection process prior to cheese processing. This process should run concurrently <br /> with the Building Permit process. For additional information contact Mostafa Sherzad <br /> (Program Coordinator) at 209-466-7186. <br /> Assuming all outstanding issues can be resolved, the Community Development <br /> Department intends to recommend that the Planning Commission approves the Use <br /> Permit with the following conditions: <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-1000013 was approved by the Planning Commission <br /> on. The effective date of approval is. This approval will expire on, which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued <br /> and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
