� , - ��J C� d. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineeror architectshall be included. e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All automobile (and/or truck) parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust -free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base may be used for trailerstorage areas. (2) Phase 1: A minimum of eight (8) parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van accessible space (1 space/employee). (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) (3) Phase 2: An additional four (4) parking spaces, for an overall total of twelve (12) spaces, shall be provided. (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Develop mentTitle Section 9-1015.5[b]) (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Three trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) g. ANIMAL. REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. The premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Develop mentTitl e Section 9-1045.4[b]) (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, on property of less than one-half acre, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side property fine. This includes direct and indirect drainage, seepage, or discharge. The landowner's facilities for the delivery, use and drainage, or disposal of watershall be entirely self-contained on the landowner's property. b. The landowner shall enter into an agreement with the District that protects the District's interest and facilities. c.
