Statement of Site History: <br /> The San Joaquin County Planning Department has approved the current project. Their Site Approval <br /> number is SA-99-88. This approval allows for a dairy cow milking facility. dairy cattle feeding facilities, <br /> cattle feed and commodity storage and farming operation. <br /> This site has been operated as a dairy cow raising and milting facility for manv vears. The architectural <br /> design of the existing milking parlor dates back to the 1950's era. <br /> Mr. Da Silva purchased this ranch on 13 October 1982. He has since made many improvements. Some of <br /> these improvements were: <br /> Two freestall type cattle shades to house up to 780 cows. Four loafing type cattle shades,one calf facility <br /> with shade and individual calf pens, one hay barn,one commodity barn, one hay barn. manager's office <br /> and two mobile homes. <br /> Westem Design/David Avila 2000 4 <br />
