LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: <br /> r (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, <br /> shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and <br /> offensive odors. The premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary <br /> manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.7[b] ) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or <br /> maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures closer <br /> than forty (40) feet from any rear or side property line. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1045.5) <br /> g. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. <br /> 2.
