Dry Creek Rd and E Prouty Rd. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received your request for a <br /> updated letter from our Department regarding Tentative Map Application #PA-1400209. The <br /> Environmental Health Department will approve individual sewage disposal systems and water <br /> wells on the above referenced lots under the following conditions: <br /> The installation of the septic systems must be under an application permit, inspection and <br /> approved by this Department. The permit fee is $473.00 and is due at time of application. <br /> Systems must consist of a septic tank; leach field, and seepage pits sized at the time of <br /> construction according to the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. Based on the <br /> percolation test, seepage pits shall be required on the individual parcels at the time of <br /> development. <br /> The installation of water wells and pumps must be under permit, inspection, and approved by <br /> this Department. The water well permit fee is $341.00, and the pump permit fee is $53.00, due <br /> at time of application.
