The BRE is requiring a letter from the local health authority which <br /> states that a septic tank or other individual sewer system is the acceptable method of sewage disposal <br /> and will be permitted on each and every lot. <br /> In addition, the letter needs to state the installation of private wells will be permitted are each lot, the <br /> type of sewage disposal system permissible with the wells on the size of lot proposed and that the <br /> water is potable. <br /> Enclosed is a vicinity map showing the located of the subdivision. <br /> Your response is needed in an urgent manner.
