File No. 20-3445-0� � KLEINFELDER <br /> March 4 , 1991 <br /> REPORT <br /> GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> CROSSROADS COMMUNITY CHURCH <br /> MANTECA, CALIFORNIA <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In this report are presented the results of a geotechnical <br /> investigation performed for the proposed Crossroads Community <br /> Church to be located at the 1340 E. Yosemite, Manteca, California. <br /> A plot plan and vicinity map showing the approximate location of <br /> the proposed church are presented on Plate A-1. Reference is made <br /> to our Geotechnical Investigation for the Christian Covenant Church <br /> File No. 3304-01 dated February 1, 1990 and to our Septic <br /> Suitability Study dated March 8 , 1990 . <br /> We understand that the proposed structure will consist of an <br /> approximate 13 , 000 square foot, single-story, wood-frame structure <br /> with a slab-on-grade floor. The building is expected to <br /> experience light to moderate loads. The structure will accommodate <br /> over 300 persons and will be surrounded by parking and landscape <br /> areas. A leach field will be located on the east side of the <br /> proposed structure. Additional details of the planned <br /> construction are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purpose of our geotechnical investigation has been to explore <br /> and evaluate the surface and subsurface soil conditions at the site <br /> and to provide recommendations for use in design. <br /> Copyright 1991 KLeinfelder, Inc. <br /> 1 <br />
