All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> g. A11 grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of anv construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, <br /> (i. e. , Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) .
