All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment fees must be <br /> paid to the City of Stockton Public Works Department prior to <br /> the issuance of a Building Permit. If not already installed, <br /> provide separate sewer laterals for each newly created parcel. <br /> 11. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall <br /> of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or <br /> exceed standards published in Public Work design standards <br /> (Sec. 10 . 203 UFC) . The access road must be' fully improved to <br /> these standards prior to any final inspections. <br />
