No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> d. signs are to be attached to the wall of the building for which <br /> the use is identified or advertised, and they shall not extend <br /> beyond the building wall. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> e. The following parking requirement shall be fulfilled: <br /> 1) Twenty-one (21) parking spaces shall be provided <br /> one space for each 1000 square feet: 13 <br /> two-thirds space per employee: 8 <br /> total parking spaces: 21 <br /> 2) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards must be provided where necessary } <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> 3) Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum <br /> standards: <br /> a. The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> C. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br /> property. <br /> 4) All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated. <br /> i <br /> 5. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />+. Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A ten-foot-wide Public Utilities Easements shall be dedicated <br /> on both sides of the proposed road and around the Cul-de-sac. <br />
