IIID <br /> i <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-90-48 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> I <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall- be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. ` <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: i <br /> 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2) Provide identification tow signs for the parking spaces <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> d. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100-year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 4. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A minimum five-foot-wide planting strip is required along j <br /> adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where <br /> crossed by driveways. <br /> b. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br />
