See Exhibits 2 and 3 .
SOILS AND PERCOLATION TEST
Per the "Soils of San Joaquin County" , as published by
the University of California, the soil is San Joaquin
Loam Deep .
On July 29 , 1998 , we ran percolation tests on Parcels 1
and 2 . It was found that the percolation rates were 17
and 11 min/inch respectively. See Exhibit 4 .
In all cases the test holes were 8" diameter by 3 feet
deep . The tests were run under permit and inspection
by the San Joaquin County Health Department.
