WATER QUALITY <br /> The site does not contain a well and the owner was told <br /> by Health Department Staff that since there was no <br /> source of water at the site that water analysis tests <br /> would be waived. <br /> For water tests of adjacent property refer to Soil <br /> Suitability Study for MS-92-0227 . <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The area is suitable for septic systems . It is <br /> recommended that 10 , 000 S . F. be reserved on Parcels 1 <br /> and 2 for leach fields . This exceeds the minimum size <br /> as required per the percolation rates , but I have <br /> taken into account other tests that I have performed in <br /> the neighborhood. <br /> Based upon the percolation test and interviews , it is <br /> my professional opinion that a septic system will not <br /> adversely effect the first water aquifer. <br />
