IIP-92-29 OF DAVE DERICRSON <br /> (C/O MID VALLEY AG SERVICES, INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Use Permit application to permit the retail <br /> sale of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers from existing <br /> buildings on property located on ,the east <br /> side of 'Escalon-Bellota <br /> Road, 620 feet south of Buerer Lane, north of Escalon. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and will recommend to the Planning Commission at its <br /> hearing on November 19, 1992, that it be approved, subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of A roval: <br /> 1. The approval shall be for the retail sale of agricultural <br /> chemicals and fertilizers and include the construction of six <br /> (6) chemical storage tanks on a containment berm and two (2) <br /> r portable dry storage bins, as indicated on the approved Site <br /> E <br />
