One r (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan will be <br /> distributed to the involved County departments for approval. <br /> The Improvement Plan shall be prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, existing and proposed utility services, and grading. <br /> Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity <br /> calculations shall be submitted for approval. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-884) All improvements shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The construction of on-site improvements <br /> shall conform to the approved Site Plan and Improvement Plan. <br /> 3 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> associated with the approved use shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material and liquid asphalt, <br /> asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete to provide a <br /> durable dust free surface as determined by the Director. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015) <br /> 4 . All approved construction shall conform to the requirements of <br /> the Flood Prevention Ordinance. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1605) <br /> 5. Parking requirements: <br /> a. A minimum of twelve (12) parking spaces shall be <br /> provided. (Section 9-1015. 3 of the Development Title) <br /> One (1) space shall be handicap accessible. (Section 9- <br /> 1015. 10) <br /> b. All parking spaces and driveways shall be delineated. <br /> C. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> concrete. Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Section 9-1015.5�e}) <br /> d. Parking details and locations shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1015 of the Development Title and be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br />
