(Section 9-1710.2{a}) <br /> Sign details shall be consistent with Section 9-1710 of the <br /> Development Title and be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 7. Landscaping: <br /> a. A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall be <br /> installed along the frontage of Escalon-Bellota Road, <br /> respecting the right-of--way dedication required by the <br /> Department of Public Works. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where it is crossed by driveways. <br /> (Section 9-1020.8) The strip shall contain one tree for <br /> each sixty (60) feet of frontage. (Section 9-1020. 6) <br /> b. Landscaping and irrigation details shall be consistent <br /> with Section 9-1020 of the Development Title and be <br /> submitted to the Development Services Division for <br /> approval. <br /> C. The required landscaping shall be installed prior to the <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the facility <br /> and initiation of the approved use. <br /> 8 . A trash enclosure shall be provided for any outdoor trash <br /> receptacles and shall be designated on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid <br /> masonry wall and gated on the fourth side. (Section 9-1020.8) <br /> 9. All parking lot lighting shall meet the following standards, <br /> as contained in Section 9-1015.5{g} of the Development Title: <br /> a. The equivalent of one-foot candle illumination shall be <br /> provided throughout the parking area. <br /> b. lighting All li htin shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor <br /> system. <br /> C. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the <br />" project site. <br /> M <br /> d. Lighting details shall be included on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> 10.
