State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> d. Submit an application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above-ground holding <br /> facility has to be emptied,first analyze the contents for any hazardous material. Specific <br /> test requirements can be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> F <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> g. If hazardous waste is generated,the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br />{ h. The existing truck wash shall be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction pians before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) . The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) <br />' b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or to be visible from each space. (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> f (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 'A inch per foot. (C.C.R.,Title 24) <br /> C.
