The form of the information shall <br /> be such that the user can review the records for a limited geographic area. Records that cannot be feasibly <br /> retrieved by reference to the location of the property or a geographic area in which the property is located <br /> are not generally practically reviewable. <br /> Practice E 1527 - professional guidelines titled: Standard of Practice for Environmental Site <br /> Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments published in May, 1993,by the American Society <br /> for Testing and Materials <br /> property - the real property that is the subject of the environmental site assessment described in this <br /> practice. Real property includes buildings and other fixtures and improvements located on the property <br /> and affixed to this land. <br /> publicly available - information that is publicly available means that the source of information allows <br /> access to the information by anyone upon request. <br /> RCRIS- Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System <br /> reasonably ascertainable - for purposes of both this practice and Practice E 1527 information that is <br /> publicly available, obtainable from it's source within reasonable time and cost restraints, and practically <br /> reviewable. <br /> recognized environmental conditions - the presence or likely presence of any hazardous substances or <br /> petroleum products on a property under conditions that indicate an existing release, a past release, or <br /> material threat of a release of any hazardous substances or petroleum products into structures on the <br />
