The term is not <br /> intended to include de minimis conditions that generally do not present a material risk of harm to public <br /> health or the environment and that generally would not be the subject of an enforcement action if brought <br /> to the attention of appropriate governmental agencies. <br /> SARA - Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act of 1986 - Extended CERCLA and makes <br /> substantial changes in the doctrines of Federal law governing liability for cleanup of hazardous waste <br /> sites. <br /> SB 245 - California law that requires that non-residential property owners inform buyers of known or <br /> suspected hazardous substance releases on site. <br /> solid waste disposal site-a place, location, tract of land, area, or premises used for the landfill disposal of <br /> solid wastes as defined by state solid waste regulations. The term "walking through" is not meant to imply that disabled persons who cannot <br /> physically walk may not conduct a site visit; they may do so by the means at their disposal for moving <br /> through the property and the structures located on it. <br /> wastewater - water that is or has been used in an industrial or manufacturing process, conveys or has <br /> conveyed sewage, or is directly related to manufacturing, processing, or raw materials storage areas at an <br /> industrial plant. Wastewater does not include water originating on or passing through or adjacent to a <br /> site, such as storm water flows, that has not been used in industrial or manufacturing processes, has not <br /> been combined with sewage, or is not directly related to manufacturing, processing, or raw materials <br /> storage areas at an industrial plant. <br />
