GENERAL <br /> Pulte Home Corporation (Pulte) is considering acquiring a parcel of land, identified as <br /> Mountain House II (AUtumnWOOd) Project [referred to as the (Site) in this report] within <br /> the Mountain House Community Development [referred to as the (Development) in this <br /> report], located approximately two miles north of Interstate 205 near the City of Tracy, <br /> San Joaquin County, California. The parcel comprises of approximately 21.2 acres and <br /> is designated for medium- and high-density residential development. Ingram Mason <br /> (IMFC) was retained by Pulte to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) <br /> for the property prior to its acquisition. This ESA conforms to Pulte's Environmental <br /> Review policy, revised May 1999, and is generally based on the guidelines and <br /> limitations of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice <br /> E 1527-00. <br /> A-1. Overview <br /> This report presents the results of an ESA for a parcel of land, located within the <br /> Mountain House Community Project, approximately two miles north of Interstate 205 <br /> and northwest of the City of Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. The parcel <br /> encompasses 21.2 acres and will contain medium- and high-density residential units. A <br /> Site Location Map is depicted on Figure 1. Figure 2 shows the Site during grading <br /> r <br /> operation and Figure 3 contains a topographic map of the area prior to grading. <br /> 11r1.�V <br />
