US EPA RCRAInfo Large- and Small- Quantity Generators <br /> (LQG) & (SQG) <br /> The RCRAInfo is EPA's comprehensive information system, providing access to data <br /> supporting the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The database <br /> includes selective information on sites which generate, transport, store, treat, and/or <br /> .. dispose of hazardous waste by large quantity generators (LQG) and small quantity <br /> generators (SQG). Information contained in the list indicates that the Site is currently <br /> _ not listed as a small or large quantity generator. <br /> D-1-5. U.S. EPA, Emergency Response Notification System (ERNS) list <br /> The ERNS list is a national computer database and retrieval system used to store <br /> information on accidental releases of oil and hazardous substances. The information <br /> stored on this database is acquired through the National Response Center. The Center <br /> tracks over 35,000 incidents per year. List dated December 2004. The Site is currently <br /> not listed as being on the ERNS database. <br /> D-1-6. Cal EPA/ Office of Emergency Information (Cortese) <br /> The Cortese list is a database provided by the Cal EPA/ Office of Emergency <br /> Information. The sites for the list are designated by the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board (LUST), the Integrated Waste Board (SWF/LS), and the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (Cal-Sites). The list is dated April 2001, and no update is planned <br /> by the state agency. The database lists no facilities. <br /> D-1-7. Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST). <br /> The California State Water Resources Control Board compiles list of all reported leaking <br /> underground storage tanks incidents in the region.
