TREE PRESERVATION: Future development on the parcels shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance: <br /> (1) The following note shall be placed on the Final Map and also shall be recorded as a <br /> separate instrument: <br /> A. The removal of a Native Oak Tree shall require an approved Improvement Plan <br /> application. Replacement of any tree removed under Development Title Section <br /> 9-1505.3 shall be as specified in Section 9-1505.4. <br /> B. If the tree is to remain, development constraints shall be noted on the subdivision <br /> plans, consistent with Section 1505.5 of the Development Title. <br /> C. Heritage Oak Trees shall not be removed. <br /> e.
