It is recognized and agreed that ENGEO has assumed responsibility only for <br /> kundertaking the study for the client. The responsibility for disclosures or reports to a third party and <br /> 'i for remedial or mitigative action shall be solely that of the Client. <br /> Laboratory testing of soil or groundwater samples was not within the scope of the contracted <br /> L services. The assessment did not include an asbestos survey, an evaluation of lead-based paint, an <br /> ! inspection of light ballasts for PCBs, or a mold survey. <br /> This report is based upon field and other conditions discovered at the time of preparation of <br /> ENGEO's work. Visual observations referenced in this report are intended only to represent <br /> k � conditions at the time of the reconnaissance.
