EIVGEO
INCORPORATED
San Joaquin County, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mines, 1953, compiled by
Davis and Olmsted, et al. found that the Property is underlain by the Modesto-Riverbank
Formations. These formations consist of undifferentiated arkosic alluvial deposits.
w
We reviewed the State of California, Department of Water Resources web site for ground water
1 level data in the vicinity of the Property. Well number 04N07E36LOO1M mapped approximately
h w
314-mile southwest of the Property shows that groundwater in the vicinity of the Property is between
F150 feet and 90 feet below the ground surface. This data reflects the depth to the usable aquifer
beneath the Property and does not preclude the presence of shallower aquifers.
)'3.3 Current Use of Pro ert /Descri tion of Site Improvements
The Property is currently vacant and consists of bare soil covered in scattered saplings and some
discarded debris. The ground surface of the entire Property has been tilled. Dry cut hay or grass
is scattered across the ground surface, suggesting that there may have been a dry crop grown on
the Property. Aerial photographs and topographic maps indicate that the Property was
historically occupied by a vineyard. The railroad once traversed from east to west through a
F1small section on the south edge of the Property. A dirt road covered in fruit seeds now occupies
this section. There is no visual evidence of the railroad on the Property now.
. F xA.4 Current and Past Use of Adjoining Properties
r The adjoining parcels to the south are currently occupied by a vineyard. The aerial photographs
and topographic maps indicate that these parcels, as well as the adjacent parcels to the east were
historically occupied by vineyards. There are two agricultural water supply wells adjacent to the
east Property boundary. As indicated by the aerial photographs and topographic maps, the
r adjacent parcel was once occupied by two structures, as well as the vineyards, which are no
longer there. The parcels adjacent to the northwest and north Property boundaries are currently,
and have been historically, occupied by portions of downtown Lockeford and Highway 88.
