New structures shall be prohibited within the ten(10) foot <br /> wide strip along the landside toe of the levees. <br /> 7. All new structures and/or substantial improvements constructed on Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 <br /> shall be elevated a minimum of one(1) foot above the 100-year flood elevations of i <br /> a. Seventy-five (75) feet on Parcel 1 to the east of Bear Creek; <br /> b. Seventy-four(74) feet on Parcel 2 to the east of Bear Creek; C <br /> C. Seventy-three(73) feet and seventy-four(74) feet on Parcel 3; and <br /> d.
