Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated September 2003 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval, an addendum <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> staff indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance (San.Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> IIS County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> I <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> Page i of 2 <br />
