Michelle Halliwell of OES searched the
OES records and did not locate any incidents within the search area (Personal
Communication, May 22, 2012).
7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records
The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding
agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site under the
name of M & R Packing. According to these records, the Site was used to grow
cherries and wine grapes from 2007 through the present. No violations were noted
during this time period.
A listing of the products applied to the fields from 2007 through the present has been
attached to this report as Appendix 4.
7.5 Department of Oil. Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps
The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online
Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on May 29, 2012 for mapped oil or gas wells
within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified on the subject Site.
One well was identified approximately one-quarter mile south of the Site. This well, the
dry hole General Expl.
