The use of herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemicals <br /> associated with the operation and maintenance of the <br /> facility shall be managed to prevent movement from the <br /> project area. <br /> M. There shall be no outside storage of vehicles or <br /> equipment associated with the operation or maintenance <br /> of the approved facility. Storage shall either be <br /> within an enclosed structure or inside a fenced and <br /> screened outdoor storage area.
