In <br /> addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton <br /> Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood <br /> plains, and f loodways areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The <br /> re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency (FEMA) , Region. IX, <br /> IX, Building 105, Presidio of San <br /> Francisco, California, 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re- <br /> evaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are, available for review at the . Department of Public <br /> Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the re-evaluation process .is completed. <br /> Jack Tone Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Kettleman Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br />
