Should that disposal service not be available, then an approved winery waste <br /> disposal facility will need to provide the Environmental Health Department with written <br /> documentation. <br /> c. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall prepare a public notification to be posted <br /> continuously, in regard to the above, the maximum contaminant level for nitrates for water being <br /> utilized at this facility.
