The <br /> Environmeiital Health Department:is requiring as a condition of-approval that,th.e applicant provide written <br /> 'documentation that the City of Lodi'or.another approved winery waste disposal`facility (i.e., €BMUD) will <br /> accept the additional wastewater discharge prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> Marketing.Events <br /> Development Title Sections 9-115.590 and 9-1075.4(m)state that medium wineries may be permitted to host <br /> marketing events. The applicant has prepared a Marketing Plan for the winery (see Attachment A) that <br /> proposes to conduct a maximum of eight (8) marketing events per year.
