Prior to issuance of building permits,the applicant shall provide the Environmental Health <br /> Department with a detailed schematic drawing that shows the existing and proposed winery waste <br /> stream conveyances. A Plan Check fee of$186.00 shall be collected at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department per the Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620. <br /> b. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall provide documentation to the Environmental <br /> Health Department that the City of Lodi will take additional winery waste(see previous letter dated <br /> May 2, 2003). Should that disposal service not be available, then an approved winery waste <br /> disposal facility will need to provide the Environmental Health Department with written <br /> documentation. <br /> E <br /> c. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall prepare a public notification to be posted <br /> continuously, in regard to the above, the maximum contaminant level for nitrates for water being <br /> utilized at this facility.
