ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARMENT(Staff Contact: Lisa Medina,468-3455) a. Prior to issuance of building permits,the applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with a detailed schematic drawing that shows the existing and proposed winery waste stream conveyances. A Plan Check fee of$186.00 shall be collected at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department per the Board of Supervisors Resolution 90-620. b. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall provide documentation to the Environmental Health Department that the City of Lodi will take additional winery waste(see previous letter dated May 2, 2003). Should that disposal service not be available, then an approved winery waste disposal facility will need to provide the Environmental Health Department with written documentation. E c. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall prepare a public notification to be posted continuously, in regard to the above, the maximum contaminant level for nitrates for water being utilized at this facility.
