. V 1.) A maximum of eight (8) marketing events are permitted annually as specified in the Marketing Plan date stamped April 12, 2004. 2.) Marketing events must end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9- 1075.5 (m) [B-2]) d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) e. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain,improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: 1.) All parking spaces, driveways and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) The temporary parking spaces for marketing events may be surfaced with gravel, aggregate base, or chip seal. i2.) A minimum of fifteen (15) permanent parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van accessible space. The accessible space shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) A minimum of twenty (20) additional temporary parking spaces for marketing events and one (1) bus parking space shall be provided. The details for the temporary parking spaces and bus parking space shall be provided on the site plan. 3.) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) 4.) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nitre (9) feet wide and twenty (20)feet long. Parallel parking stalls shall be a minimum of . nine (9)feet wide and twenty-six (26) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) g. LOADING: Two (2) loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) 4
