. V <br /> 1.) A maximum of eight (8) marketing events are permitted annually as specified <br /> in the Marketing Plan date stamped April 12, 2004. <br /> 2.) Marketing events must end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1075.5 (m) [B-2]) <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain,improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1.) All parking spaces, driveways and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) The <br /> temporary parking spaces for marketing events may be surfaced with gravel, <br /> aggregate base, or chip seal. <br /> i2.) A minimum of fifteen (15) permanent parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including one (1) van accessible space. The accessible space shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.3) A minimum of twenty (20) additional temporary parking <br /> spaces for marketing events and one (1) bus parking space shall be provided. <br /> The details for the temporary parking spaces and bus parking space shall be <br /> provided on the site plan. <br /> 3.) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> 4.) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nitre (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20)feet long. Parallel parking stalls shall be a minimum of . <br /> nine (9)feet wide and twenty-six (26) feet long. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> g. LOADING: Two (2) loading spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided.
