These requirements cannot be <br /> modif icd. <br /> A. Prior to issuance of building permits, applicant shall provide the Environmental Health <br /> Department with a detailed schematic drawing that shows the existing and the proposed <br /> winery waste stream conveyances. A Plan Check fee of$186.00 shall be collected at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department per the Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> 90-620- <br /> B, Prior to issuance of building permits,applicant shall provide take <br /> to the <br /> Environmental Health Department that the City of Lodi will take additional winery waste <br /> (see previous letter dated May 2,2003). Should that disposal service not be available,and <br /> then an approved winery waste disposal facility will aced to provide the Environmental <br /> Health Department with written documentation. <br /> C. Prior to issuance of building permits,applicant shall prepare a public notification to be posted <br /> continuously in regards to the above the maximum contaminant level for nitrates for water <br /> being utilized at this facility. (California Health and Safety Code,Section 11645 D and <br /> 116455,and the Son Joaquin County Development Title,Sections 9-1125.5 and 9-1115.9. <br />
