A, <br />2) A minimum of fifteen (15) parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) which <br />shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as Gose as possible to the <br />primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Two and one-half (2.5) spaces are required for <br />every 1,000 feet of building area) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br />3) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.5[dj) ` <br />f. LOADING: One (1) loading space(s) shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of <br />25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 <br />feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading <br />spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.6) <br />g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br />the Site Plan: <br />1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br />aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br />designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.5) <br />h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br />installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5{g]) <br />2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br />beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br />provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development <br />Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br />i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br />storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title <br />Section 9-1020.7) <br />2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br />and kept mowed and dust free. <br />SCREENING: Screening. shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br />screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br />Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in <br />front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section <br />1022.4[d][2]) <br />k.
