APN: 019-180-35 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area. <br />State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br />right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. <br />Any work within State Highway Route 88 shall require an Encroachment Permit from Caltrans. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br />(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br />San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br />(Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
