Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br />inspection. by the Environmental Health Division to address the relocating of the proposed <br />sewage disposal system (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br />1110.4). <br />E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development as determined by the <br />nitrate loading study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />F. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br />review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br />Code, Section 113915). <br />G. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br />number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br />will be required by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development <br />Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br />The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br />delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and —91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br />and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />NOTE: The existing well was constructed under permit #78-298 in 1978. The water quality may <br />have to be tested for California Code'of Regulations, Title 22 requirements prior to final <br />occupancy approval from Environmental Health Division. <br />�V <br />
