Other requirements may also apply. These requirements ;cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br />usage, including winery waste and number of employees and customers. This must be <br />performed prior to issuance of building permits as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br />Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee -of $ <br />435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br />septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite. wastewater treatment and disposal <br />system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br />(DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br />analyzed by a State -approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br />9-1115.7). <br />C State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br />disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so.it <br />cannot be drivenover, parked on, or used as a storage area.
