I F 1 I 3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site. There are two existing homesites and a fruitstand. As stated prior, the site will include a 3,000 square foot gas station, an 18,000.square foot hotel, and a 53,000 square feet of commercial/retail area, if the rezone classification is approved. Septic systems will need to be designed for each use. F+ 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 110 feet according to the map of Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Des cription/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides,pesticides, and fertilizers j typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. However, as with any agricultural area,there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the Y farming operation. The F samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven to directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements.
