1 /6.7 Discussion of Any Potential Problems Predicted and/Or the Need for An Engineered or
Alternative Septic System: In this area, the soils are classified as Bruella Sandy Loam and
San Joaquin Loam. Due to this classification and percolation rate, a standard septic system
would be recommended. However, when the final project and uses are defined, a more detailed
analysis and design of the septic system will be required.
J
V6.8 Discussion of Percolation Rates in Relation to the Type, Size and Location of future
leach fields at the site: Based on the results of the percolation rates and the soils profile, it is
Dillon& Murphy's opinion that the subject proposed parcel is suited for a typical on-site sewage
disposal systems. These systems should be properly designed and installed according to the
current San Joaquin County criteria for standard septic systems.
Ut3ased on the depth to groundwater in the area, and the size of the proposedp arcels, it is our
opinion that the installation of any new proposed septic system, if properly installed, should not
adversely affect the quality of groundwater in the area. A Nitrate Loading System is also being
' prepared as part of the Zone Reclassification application.
I
7.0 CONCLUSION SECTION
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the proposed
f development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the time
f we excavated our test hole and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general
area.
Our services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance
with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
