CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-50 <br /> STEVEN BIGLIERI <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a . A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 9112) <br /> b. The remainder shall be designated as "Designated <br /> Remainder" on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act <br /> 66445) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.
