e. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut-off (snipe) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 17102[g]). The signs as proposed do not meet Development Title requirements. Only one sign is <br /> allowed. The applicant may advertise two businesses on one sign. <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> State Route 88, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> g. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and <br /> ordinances. <br /> (2) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (3) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> 2.
