1) A proposed 50-foot wide private easement for access to lots 4 through 14 <br /> shall.be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> 2) The entire length of the private right-of-way for lots 4 through 14 shall be <br /> constructed and maintained to the standards required by Section 10.207 of <br /> the Uniform Fire Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement <br /> Standards. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> e. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department for approval by the Director. Contact Kimberly Wallace <br /> at 468-0816 for road name standards. (Development Title Section 9-1150.18) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> g. NOISE WALL: The following requirements apply to this subdivision to reduce <br /> potentially significant noise impacts to a less than significant level: <br /> 1) A sound wall shall be constructed along the southeast property line of Lot 1 <br /> along State Route 88, extending a minimum of thirty (30) feet perpendicular <br /> to State Route 88 along the boundary between the lot and parcel number <br /> 019-210-20. The wall shall be a minimum of six (6) feet high, of uniform <br /> design and constructed of masonry. (Development Title.Section 9-11150.10) <br /> The wall shall be included on the subdivision improvement plans. The sound <br /> wail. shall have a minimum surface weight of 3.5 to 4.0 lbs./sq. ft. The <br /> k structure shall be continuous along, its width and height with no gaps <br /> including where the wail meets the ground. The wail shall respect corner <br /> sight distance snipe requirements. <br /> 2) The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map: <br /> k a) If a multi-story residence is proposed to be built on Lot 1, an interior noise <br /> study must be performed prior to the submittal of any building permit <br /> k application. <br /> G 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a.
